As lifelong cat lovers and Orlando residents, we understand the unique challenges Florida pet owners face. From busy roads to unpredictable wildlife, letting cats roam freely just isn't safe. But keeping them cooped up inside? That's not ideal either.

Our Story

We started Sunshine Catios after seeing too many neighbors struggle with the same dilemma: their cats were bored and restless indoors, but the dangers outside—traffic, alligators, snakes, and predators—made free roaming too risky. We knew there had to be a better solution.

Drawing on our experience in construction and our passion for feline welfare, we began designing and building custom catios for friends and family. The transformation in their cats was immediate and remarkable. Cats that were once lethargic became playful. Anxious cats found calm. And owners had peace of mind knowing their beloved pets were safe.

Word spread quickly through the Orlando community, and Sunshine Catios was officially born.
